"Quick delivery and everything was as expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes and they showed up sooner than I thought they would. The tracking updated like it should, and the box arrived in good condition. To be fair, it was a straightforward order, so there wasn’t much that could go wrong, but they handled it well. Overall, seems like a reliable shop.

The shoes seem legit to me, though I did second-guess it a bit when they first arrived. Overall, the quality looks okay and they feel decent so far. Not totally blown away, but I don’t really have any complaints either

"Prices just felt too high"
So... I checked out shooos.com after seeing a few shoes I liked, but the prices felt steep for what they were. Even with some discounts, it still didn’t really seem like a great deal to me, and the shipping cost didn’t help. Maybe it works for other people, but for me the value just wasn’t there.

I ordered my usual size yikes. They fit way smaller than expected, and the size chart didn’t really clear anything up. Nope. Returning them ended up being more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

"Pretty decent overall, just a bit slow in the end"
I ordered a pair of shoes from Shooos and the ordering part was totally fine. The site was easy enough to use, the shoes arrived as expected, and everything seemed okay at first. Unfortunately, the size didn’t work for me, so I had to send them back. The return instructions were clear, and I didn’t have any major issues getting it sorted. Customer support did reply when I contacted them, though it wasn’t exactly quick. The main thing is that the refund took longer than I thought it would. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but the return and refund process could definitely be faster.

"Customer service took way too long"
The customer service was just really slow. I messaged them about my order and then... nothing useful for days. When they finally got back to me, the reply was super short and didn’t really answer my question. I had to follow up again, and even then I still didn’t get clear info. I mean, I just wanted a simple update. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order again if this is how support is handled.

"Was it just me, or was the website hard to use?"
I don’t know if anyone else had this experience, but I found the website really confusing to navigate. By the time I got to checkout, it was frustrating and not smooth at all. Maybe I missed something, but it was enough to make me not want to order again.
